1. Services

Cadne Skin offers skincare consultations, personalized treatment protocols, routine planners, product recommendations, follow-up services, and related skincare support via digital platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian to use our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content—including treatment protocols, routine planners, names of service tiers, branding, product lists, and documents—is the intellectual property of Cadne Skin. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of any part of our service is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Access

Access to services is granted upon full payment. Each tier/service includes specific deliverables outlined on our website or payment page. Unauthorized resale or sharing of service documents is not permitted.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide truthful, thorough information during onboarding to receive accurate recommendations. Cadne Skin is not liable for results affected by undisclosed conditions, product misuse, or deviation from the recommended routine.

6. Service Limitations

Cadne Skin provides cosmetic and wellness-focused advice. We do not offer medical diagnoses or prescriptions. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or physician for medical skin conditions.

7. Resubscription Policy

Resubscription links are valid for 60 days from the end of your current plan. After that, you will need to undergo a fresh onboarding process.

8. Photo Release & Testimonial Use

By participating in a Cadne Skin plan, you acknowledge that part of your treatment may include submitting photos of your skin as part of your progress tracking.

We may use select before-and-after images to:

• Demonstrate the results of our skincare protocols

• Inspire and educate our community

• Highlight real client journeys on our website, social media, or other marketing platforms

If you prefer your identity not be shown, we will protect it your personal identity (name, contact info) will never be shared without your explicit permission or referenced directly in any post and identifying facial features (such as eyes) covered or blurred

All clients consent to the use of their progress images for testimonial purposes.

9. Termination

Cadne Skin reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if abuse, harassment, or misinformation occurs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
