Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the consultation, protocol creation, or routine planning has begun or been delivered.

2. Cancellation

• Appointments can be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled without additional payment.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. One free reschedule is permitted per plan.

4. Plan Validity

• Plans and digital documents must be activated and used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Expired plans may not be eligible for free reactivation or refund.
