We believe in providing personalized and consistent support to ensure you achieve the best possible results from your skincare treatment plan. After receiving your customized treatment plan, we schedule follow-up sessions to monitor your skin’s response and make any necessary adjustments. Each check-in is a cozy 30 minutes to an hour, and the frequency depends on the package you choose:

1. Let’s Get To Know Each Other:

• Includes one follow-up check-in to review your progress and ensure you’re on the right track.

2. Do You Mind a Situationship?:

• One friendly check-in every month for 3 months. This package ensures that we stay connected and address any changes in your skin’s condition promptly.

3. Close Friends?:

• Provides two lovely check-ins per month for 3 months. This package offers more frequent touchpoints to closely monitor your skin’s progress and optimize your treatment plan.

4. Let’s be BFFs:

• Includes weekly check-ins over 3 months. This premium package gives you continuous support and regular adjustments to your regimen, ensuring you achieve the best possible results with close guidance from our experts.

There’s a little wait that we humbly request for - this takes between 7-14 working days to get to know your skin. It entails;

• Reviewing your answers

• Curating essential and personalized prescriptions of skincare products

• Inner health products

• Recommended hygiene and ifestyle changes.

This is a follow up session that actively adjusts treatment protocol to cater to the current skin condition and concern due to changes caused by hormonal flunctuatuion x lifestyle changes. This is one of the perks of the close friends and Lets Be BFFs packages.

One (1) pre scheduled follow up video call session Weekly / Bi monthly to discuss concerns and answer questions (15mins - 30mins).
