  • How Frequent Do We Have a Routine Check in ?

    We believe in providing personalized and consistent support to ensure you achieve the best possible results from your skincare treatment plan. After receiving your customized treatment plan, we schedule follow-up sessions to monitor your skin’s response and make any necessary adjustments. Each check-in is a cozy 30 minutes to an hour, and the frequency depends on the package you choose:

    1. Getting to glow you (email/IG support): one follow-up check-in

    2. Do You Mind a Skintuationship? (email/IG support): 2 friendly check-ins across 6 weeks

    3. Basically Together (Scheduled WhatsApp support): 6 lovely checkins across 2 months

    4. A Skinship? Yes Please (full access - Whats App Support) - weekly check-ins over 3 months. This premium package gives you continuous support and regular adjustments to your regimen, ensuring you achieve the best possible results with close guidance from our experts.

  • What does On going support entail?

    This is one of the perks of the close friends and Lets Be BFFs packages.

    This is a follow up session that actively adjusts treatment protocol to cater to the current skin condition and concern due to changes caused by hormonal flunctuatuion x lifestyle changes.

    One (1) pre scheduled follow up video call session Weekly / Bi monthly to discuss concerns and answer questions (15mins - 30mins).

  • What are the next steps after payment?

    Once payment is confirmed, please be patient as you are redirected to our next steps page. This page includes a link to our consultation form and schedule for the virtual consultation appointment to begin the full experience.

  • Can I come back and re-subscribe to Cadne Skin anytime?

    If you’re an existing client and your plan just ended — yes! You’ll receive a special link to re-subscribe for continued support.
    But if it’s been over 2 months since your last Cadne Skin plan ended, we’ll need to reassess where your skin is now before continuing.
    Why? Because skin evolves — and we never want to give outdated care.
